VTEC

VTEC is a bi-monthly meeting consisting of auto theft investigators and detectives from law enforcement agencies withing the greater Sacramento County region, agents from National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), and persons involved in the prevention and recovery of stolen vehicles. The meetings consist of networking and sharing information about current cases, theft and recovery trends and suspect identification.

SACCATS shares hosting responsibilities with members of the Sacramento City Police Department and sends out an e-mail to VTEC members, announcing upcoming meetings.
